No retention scripts. No phone calls to cancel. No mystery shipping fees. The full legal version is in review; until it ships, here’s every operative term in plain English.
The 90-day money-back guarantee.
Every order. Not just the first. If at any point in the 90 days after a shipment arrives you decide Balance Complex isn’t for you, we refund that order in full. Send the empty (or unused) bottle back at our cost.
No hoops, no “processing fee”. The refund posts to the original payment method within five business days.
Cancellation in one click.
Cancel anytime from your account page — one click, instant, no sales call. You can also pause for 30, 60, or 90 days from the same page. We email a confirmation; nothing else happens.
If you ever can’t reach the account page, replying to any shipment-confirmation email with the word cancel works too.
Shipping.
- Free shipping on every subscription order — no minimum, no “over $X” threshold.
- Domestic delivery in 3–5 business days from a U.S. fulfillment center.
- International orders ship via tracked airmail; transit times vary by destination.
- Address changes can be made up until the day before the next renewal from the account page.
Billing.
- Renewal cadence defaults to every 30 days and can be changed to 45, 60, or 90 days from the account page.
- Reminder email goes out 72 hours before every renewal so you can pause, skip, or cancel.
- Failed payments retry twice over 7 days; if both retries fail, the subscription pauses until you update the card.
- Refunds on the most recent shipment are available for 90 days from the delivery date — see the guarantee above.
