Empty bottle or full, within 90 days of delivery, for any reason. Your order number or the email used at checkout is enough.

How to start a return. Request a return through our Contact page. We respond within one business day with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Return address. Approved returns are sent to: Balance Complex, 8484 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items may be excluded where indicated.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.
